LOCAL PICKUP POLICY
All orders will be ready for pick up 1-2 BUSINESS days from placed. You will also receive a courtesy phone call/text that your order is ready for pick up.
PLEASE BE ADVISED : PICK UP DAYS ARE ONLY MONDAY-SATURDAY.
EXAMPLE: IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED THURSDAY IT WILL BE READY BY FRIDAY/SATURDAY.
***IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER ON SATURDAY YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE READY SAME DAY!***
You have 7 BUSINESS DAYS to pick up your order from that date the order is ready. If your order is not picked up within 7 BUSINESS days we will contact you for a shipping address and will be charged for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: JAROS BEAUTY SALON DOES NOT HAVE FITTING ROOMS AND IS STRICTLY A PICK UP FACILITY.

All orders take a standard 2-3 business days to PROCESS [NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS]

USPS Priority/Expedited: 2-3 Business Day Delivery [Plus processing time]
PLEASE READ: We do NOT ship on WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 2-3 business day time frame for Thalys Boutique to process your order from the day the order is placed. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refund nor replace packages that state being delivered.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). Please contact your local United States Postal Service. Thalys Boutique does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered. No package will be replaced for items that were lost/stolen.
